The best time to meditate is in the morning before going to school.

Sit in your meditation or Poojā room.

Hold your waist, spine, chest, neck, and head erect, motionless and steady.

Close your eyes, take a few slow and deep breaths.

Remember your favorite deity and ask his or her blessing. Mentally chant OM or AUM for few minutes.

If your mind starts to wander here and there, bring it back gently to concentrating on your favorite deity.
